I recently visited Firehouse Subs and ordered the Italian sub. Here's my take:

- Food Quality: The Italian sub was fresh and quite delicious. The unique dressing really stands out, providing a flavor that you don't get just anywhere. 4/5

- Cleanliness: The restaurant was clean, which is always a plus when dining out. No complaints here!

- Wait Time: One of the perks of this location is the reasonable wait time....

First time came here was good. Next time not so great. No soap in the bathroom, counter by drinks dirty and floors dirty. The employee did not know how to put the order in. Asked for them to make tea as none in the dispenser. I did a survey from the receipt, and it asked if wanted to be contacted. I said yes and weeks have gone by with no contact. Will not be back as they dont seem to care.

Trevor and Owen are examples of what’s so great about this place. They accommodated my dietary changes to my sub without a second thought, and the orders came out fast and perfectly done. I didn’t ask for a receipt and didn’t think twice about the price. When they brought the food out they told me they accidentally overcharged for my chili and offered me items of equal or greater value or a refund.
