My husband and I enjoyed watching a movie at Paragon and have food from The Agency Kitchen delivered to our seats. It was a fun experience and the good was wonderful and hot! Can’t wait to do it again!
Went to see a movie in the lux box area of the theater. The agency brings your food to your chair. I ordered the bourbon burger with sweet potato fries and it was disgusting. Now the fries were ok, kinda cold. The burger was horrible, I received a burger piled high with jalapeños and no sauce . I took it to the counter and the servers were very apologetic and offered to bring a second one, it was not much better, bland , flavorless, and still no bourbon glaze. Not a bad place. Located inside the paragon theater. The service isnt that great for a movie theater that allows you to order food. Couldn't seem to get a staw for my drink or fork for my food. Zero follow-up from the servers delivering your food to your seat. So if something isn't right, you are SOL unless you walk out of the theater and speak with the staff at the bar. The bar outside the theater is nice and that staff is great.
