“Surprisingly, I had never been to an insomnia cookie until I moved to Richmond and I have now ordered from this location 3 separate times in about 2 weeks. (Don’t judge me and if you had the experience I had- you would be ordering from them too!)
Alex, the store manager, is absolutely hands down one of the best managers I’ve ever met. Her customer service , her excitement to partner with her fellow business neighbors, and the way she uses every customer experience as a chance to make her team the best it can be should be commended and praised!
