I spoke to the manager (if I remember correctly, her name was Faith) and she could not have been any nicer or more professional in straightening out our problem. Crumbl is lucky to have such a pleasant person working for them, and taking the time to help me out....

“George made a DELICIOUS apple pie for me! I needed an apple pie for a birthday celebration that was happening on a Sunday evening. George made the pie on Sunday morning and drove to the West End to deliver the pie to me that afternoon. It was still WARM! Everyone at the party LOVED the pie. It was the best apple pie I have ever had! He used three different types of apples and they were wonderful. The crust was unbelievable! I ordered the "monstrous butter crust" topping and it was amazing. I would definitely order from Poor Georgie's Bake Shoppe again. Fantastic customer service!“

“After my daughters cookie delivery was stolen from her dorm reception area, following a GIANT cluster with delivery time and the website defaulting to an ASAP delivery AND not contacting her to set up a time that was convenient for her to receive the order. (Not allowing anyone to edit the order even immediately after it was placed). It was delivered and left at the reception area where it was stolen upon delivery. I called and spoke to a supervisor ( didn’t get his name unfortunately) and he was so friendly and understanding. He sent out a replacement order and coordinated a time with her that worked for her to meet downstairs to receive the order. This young man went out of his way to make things right. He was extremely helpful and personally made sure it was re delivered to her. Thank you again for your help and support. 10/10“

“We held our after-Cotillion party at Coco + Hazel. Our group of a dozen 12 year old girls loved the AMAZING ice cream creations and the super fun and funky atmosphere perfect for lots of group selfies! Such a fun spot!“
