When y’all order cold foam drinks, especially mobile order, and take a little bit of extra time to get to your cup- your foam has melted into your drink thus creating an illusion of a half-full cup. When you order curbside if your car is obstructed by pillars, is in the incorrect parking spot, or we’re simply tied up and doing our best- it is difficult to see your car. Often, cars are not labeled properly and we’re doing our best to decipher user/app inputs. We’re a small crew in the midst of management change and with direct, dignified communication you can help us make your experience better. We’re humans yall, including yall. Lol. Peace ✌“

It’s about an employee that was seemingly runnin the drive through cooking making drinks and checking the front counter by herself. She may not have been alone but she was rocking it as if she was. “these are some of the most friendly staff I have seen at a Dunkin or any fast food restaurant for that matter. As a returning customer so many of the employees know what im getting already which makes it such an inviting place to be at, while there can be times where the wait can be long the only reason for that is because of how understaffed they are, but honestly thats the only complaint that i have and thats out of their control, a very clean store, modern and sleek, and amazing customer service you can tell they make sure to train people on that :)“
