Horrible service. Nothing ready for pickup, completed my own call ahead order after they told me the .5 mike distance to deliver was in a grey area. Took the staff 5 minutes to locate any sugar for the iced tea. Totally embarrassing to the brand.
Yesterday was my first time ever going to a Jimmy Johns. I thought the sub was just skimpy watching them make it, but I later found out it was also disgusting. The bread was good, but everything else was horrible. I had some brown lettuce on my “fresh sub”. I’m not sure how that’s possible, but I tried it, I don’t like it, and I won’t ever go back. One and done. The word fresh should not be part of their advertisement! Five thumbs down to this business👎👎👎👎👎
