What an excellent place to eat! Great service, quick and efficient.
The crew here is consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful. I ordered a couple sandwiches recently and when I got the bag (freaky fast) I realized I ordered the wrong size for one of them. They not only read my reaction but fixed it for me, on the spot at no extra charge even though it was completely my fault. That is S Tier service right there!
I 💙 to post if I see exceptional customer service. It's 810pm Wednesday and Im exhausted from work and the politeness of the gentlemen in this store is wow. The kindness just being so nice even at the end of the shift is amazing. Truly customer service is born from the heart from cashier to guy preparing my sandwich details not missing them listening to customer asking making sure its prepared with love. Jimmy John's provides excellent customer service, with friendly staff willing to accommodate customers even after closing time. However, some customers have experienced issues with the rewards system, citing glitches with the app and difficulty redeeming rewards. Despite this, the food is consistently great.
