“My daughter and I had lunch on Sunday. I enjoyed a perfect burger ! And , she had the cilantro chicken sandwich and truffle fries. All delicious !! The bread and dipping oil to start were perfect. It was our first time in and won’t be our last. Eager to try more menu items in the future. We are so glad to have Il Forno in Ashland !“

“Unfortunately this location is very inconsistent. Shame on us for continuing to order after several inaccurate orders that were reported through surveys and acknowledged, but we had hope that those were one offs. When they are good, they are good. But when they are bad, it's so random as to how bad they are. I've had the occasional sauces (paid extra) forgotten all the way to ordering a vegetarian pizza only to have it arrive with chicken on it. I then even let them get me two times back to back where I ordered the heavily advertised hot honey (also paid extra for this extra) and didn't get it either time. The last straw, ordered at 10:30pm, received a notification at 11:15pm (email) that my pizza was on the way. At 12:18am it was delivered. I am completely aware that it was obviously a very busy night. However, my food rode around in a car for at least an hour, and it showed. That's a problem. I confess that we have ordered once since then but it was going in knowing that it would likely suck. And while it came as ordered, and in a timely manner, it's no where near the quality it was when this location first opened and hasn't been in a very long time.“

“I ordered the Sicilian pizza for take-out, so service and atmosphere are really not important. However, as part of service, when I called in the order, it was very cheerfully taken, and they called me when it was ready. I like Sicilian pizza very much, but it's usually rather dry. This was anything but. The cheese is great, but the sauce is fantastic. I'd say it's the BEST Sicilian pizza I've ever had. I'm from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania originally, home of pan-fried Sicilian (which is a different thing altogether). But for lovers of very traditional Sicilian, I'd highly recommend this!“

“I had a missing item from an order the night before, called that night but it was late and nothing could be resolved. I worked all day the next day and couldn't call the store until 7pm with the same issue. Conner answered and couldn't have been more respectful, spoke to his manager, and took care of the situation. Less than 10 minutes later, Conner himself was at my front door with my missing item and a bonus freebie. Thanks so much to that entire team. Excellent customer service!“
