The place was empty so the food came quickly. The food was hot and delicious. The problem was at checkout. 2 cheeseburgers are $8.99 on the menu but they charged $11.99 and they don't give you the ticket until after you pay. The woman behind the counter was very slow and had to keep asking a man behind her. He said that the $11.99 was after taxes, but no. I finally received my $6 back but I did not get refunded for the tax.“

“I ordered pizza at roughly 1710, rolled over to the store (about 1730) because the app typically never works. They were short staffed and youngest gentleman advised that he sees my order but it would be about 20 minutes. Returned back to store about 20min later (1750) and pizzas was still not ready. Pizzas were finally ready at 1820 and told the young man thank you their work.
Now I could have been truly upset about it and gotten mad but I gave grace. It wasn't their fault that they were short staffed that led to the extreme delay with my order and others, the weather didn't help either as one of the workers that came in was late because of it. We all know traffic in Richmond sucks when it rains.
Was I completely happy, no but me being mad wouldn't have helped the situation. I just hope that the store recognizes these young adults for their diligence and hard work.“

“This place is one you have to order out, but when I tell you the pizza is delicious, I mean it. To me, it is honestly one of the best (if not THE best) pizzeria in Richmond. The ingredients are fresh and the red sauce is perfection.

My only critique would be for a crispier crust, but that's just me. I have ordered their Greek pizza and have had both my aunt and grandmother try it and both agreed it was one of the best slices they've had since moving down here from NY (hence why I like a crispier crust, lol).

Tonight, I customized my pizza the way I would if I was at Blaze and it did not disappoint.“

We got an XL pepperoni pizza and I requested 3/4 pepperoni, 1/4 cheese- which they honored. Family liked it!
Meatball Sub- My husband and I both liked it!
Lasagna, came with bread- no one liked the bread, but the lasagna was good.

I did not like the $1.99 “service fee”. I feel like that is a cash grab. Otherwise a pleasant experience.“

“I am a grandmother visiting from out of town. I came to my son’s house. I called Frank’s and another place and couldn’t get anybody to help me deliver. Deliver pizza to my grandkids and then I called Jojo’s, and the gentleman couldn’t have been kinder set up my delivery took my payment over the phone, including my tip, felt like old-fashioned service not all this new stuff with Uber eats and all that other stuff can’t wait for the food to get here. I will definitely order from them again next time I come I love kindness and they were wonderful.“

“I ordered the Sicilian pizza for take-out, so service and atmosphere are really not important. However, as part of service, when I called in the order, it was very cheerfully taken, and they called me when it was ready. I like Sicilian pizza very much, but it's usually rather dry. This was anything but. The cheese is great, but the sauce is fantastic. I'd say it's the BEST Sicilian pizza I've ever had. I'm from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania originally, home of pan-fried Sicilian (which is a different thing altogether). But for lovers of very traditional Sicilian, I'd highly recommend this!“

“I always order from Chanello's when I'm home ! This one is under new management and they have exceeded my expectations already ! After a little snafoo with my order they put it right and gave me a little treat for the trouble. Which wasn't really a trouble at all. The super nice lady who brought my replacement pizza was so kind and really nice, I felt bad getting her back out !

“Unfortunately this location is very inconsistent. Shame on us for continuing to order after several inaccurate orders that were reported through surveys and acknowledged, but we had hope that those were one offs. When they are good, they are good. But when they are bad, it's so random as to how bad they are. I've had the occasional sauces (paid extra) forgotten all the way to ordering a vegetarian pizza only to have it arrive with chicken on it. I then even let them get me two times back to back where I ordered the heavily advertised hot honey (also paid extra for this extra) and didn't get it either time. The last straw, ordered at 10:30pm, received a notification at 11:15pm (email) that my pizza was on the way. At 12:18am it was delivered. I am completely aware that it was obviously a very busy night. However, my food rode around in a car for at least an hour, and it showed. That's a problem. I confess that we have ordered once since then but it was going in knowing that it would likely suck. And while it came as ordered, and in a timely manner, it's no where near the quality it was when this location first opened and hasn't been in a very long time.“

“I go out of my way to pick up pizza from this location, because the service at my local store was getting so bad I was about to swear off dominos forever. I’m happy I gave this location a chance because the service here has been great every time, the employees are always friendly and the vibe is very positive in the store whenever I’ve picked up. The only downside is that it can be a little slow, but it’s worth the wait given the good quality and kind staff.“

“Treated or hostility ask for tips at the counter when you picking up your order. The general manager had no clue of what professionalism and courtesy is and customer service the poorest service I've ever had and a piece of power I've ever visited in my 50 years. I was demanding a tip at the counter and then had to argue with a delivery driver who bragged about how much she gets and tips and she always ask her customers for tips when she delivers. I thought threw good customer service you earn your tip. Not being confrontational with a customer at the counter who's picking their own order up in front of the general manager who doesn't care. I have a clue.“
