“In my opinion, Papa Johns is the best take-out pizza chain. I have always found these pizzas to be made better than most other Papa Johns locations. I placed an online order for a specific pickup time, but arrived early. The staff here saw this and made my pizzas fresh such that I did not have to keep waiting. As I had my baby son with me, they even offered to carry my order to my car.“

“One of our favorite things about the Hayes Pizza Hut is our delivery driver, Bobby. He is great! Always gets our order to us piping hot and always has a smile and a great attitude! These days, good customer service is a rarity so we are very thankful when he brings our order. We had another delivery driver once and by the time I got done discussing which order was mine and why the food was cold. Keep up the great job, Bobby! see you again soon!“

“Great dinner and company. The dining room was pleasantly clean and the ambient music not overbearing as some places are. The staff was helpful and made a great suggestion of something to try based on what else we ordered, showing attention to the customer at hand, not a generic 'try this new menu item'. Very pleased. “We love coming to this Chick-fil-A location! The indoor play place is a big hit with my kids—they always have a blast. The food is consistently great, and the service is excellent. We've never had a single issue here.

I especially appreciate that they provide Purell wipes, which makes it easy to wipe my kids down after they’re done playing. Whether we’re dining in or using the drive-thru, everything is always fast and efficient. We absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to anyone!

“I had to wait a while for my food but it was worth it. The chicken tenders were really hot so they were obviously freshly cooked. The only downside to that is that the chicken was significantly fresher than the fries. The staff was very nice and it was a smooth transaction. I didn’t mind waiting and liked that I didn’t have to drive away from the window to wait. I would recommend this location. They also weren’t stingy with the napkins so that’s always appreciated!“

“It's not the restaurant's fault that the property it was bought on and built on was/is surrounded by some pretty less-than-impressive exterior decor (the blacktop/asphalt/surface of the drive-thru and building appearance overall). It's not like it's a thing that weighs heavily in a review of a drive-thru order.
The food has been fantastic to the point that I felt it only fair I leave a perfect review as a result. Please keep this level of quality up. I won't go anywhere else for fast food in Gloucester if you keep this up. 😀“

“This taco bell is the best taco bell, no....the best fast food restaurant ever, hands down. I dont know what they are slipping into these doritos locos taco supremes from this joint but i crave them 24/7. And heres the best part. They aint never gone skimp ever. In fact they load these beast tacos up everytime. Plus they taste so darn good. Its the best quality dorito taco you will find.“

“This place is a Grafton icon.The building is at least 30 years old, but it's still in good condition, and has been well taken care of.Everything's relatively clean, the service is ok, and the food is great. Plus Hardee's has new crinkle fries that are really good.Only negative was we practically had to lift our legs up for the guy mopping the floor lol...........lot's of invasion of space lol.“

“They forgot my straws and bbq sauce. I didn't notice until I was too fat away to go back. You would think that if you have someone 2 drinks that straws is an automatic item to follow. And when they ask you what king of sauce you want and you tell them bbq that they put it in the bag. Food was good and it was still warm when we ate it.“

“They did have to make the food for my kids twice but they were super busy at the time and my kids are picky and have to special order everything. Personally I don't like the special ordering of stuff but at the end of the day I am buying this from you so I should be able to get it the way I want it especially if I am willing to pay the up charges to make changes. But this is now my local Taco Bell and it is a good one, the food is good and the service is good considering the decline in fast food service you find nowadays this taco bell has great service lol. But alas it is just a taco bell when you want that fake Mexican food that isn't anything like Mexican food but you just want something in a crunchy shell or a flour wrap it is a good option.“

The manager Joe was absolutely incredible and very attentive, he was quick to offer solutions to my concerns. The whole staff was very kind and polite when I entered the store. “I went thru the drive thru this am and had the most pleasant experience. The young man in the red shirt at the window who took my money was just so polite and friendly! I even said to him you must have worked at chick fil a cause you have the best manners lol he said no ma'am and thanked me. when I left I thought I would call the manager and let her know how lucky they were to have this young man work for them. I called three times and asked for the manager and all three times I was hung up on by a female who answered. That pissed me off!
