“Amazing experience. Excellent wings and desserts. The restaurant was busy and I could tell that the cashier was very overwhelmed, but overall the staff took the time to pack our bags nicely with all of the food, napkins, and forks. I would definitely be going back.“

“I don’t usually ever write reviews, but this past Thursday evening January 9th, I went to this McDonald’s right after 5pm. I got there JUST before the rush, but had a big order and it wasn’t all there. The young man at the second window was SO kind and just kept smiling and trying to get it right, when everyone else working was rushing around. I don’t recall his name but his kindness made my day!!“

“I live nearby and occasionally when we don’t have time to cook, the fam knows that this McDondals location slaps 100% of the time. Ive never been to a McDonald’s that I would prefer to return to. It’s the only mcd’s that I eat at. Sure there is occasional lackluster service, but it’s fast food; I don’t expect white glove service. I would say 1/10 visits someone is less than happy to be serving us. That’s stellar for quick service restaurants IMO. Any mistakes or issues will always be fixed upon informing them. Yes sometimes sauces or napkins or a fry will be forgotten but these operations have a lot of moving parts so to speak. It’s forgiven.
Not to mention the interior is ALWAYS clean.

“My pop came through town about two weeks ago. He said he wanted to grab lunch. I work nearby, and knew he loves a good burger. I was concerned because my mother (who loves cooking, loves learning new recipes, but has her classics and go-to’s, makes his burgers) would never hear the end of it, if the meal was awesome. Well. I was right. So my mom and my pops came to town and wanted to have dinner, with me and my partner. After politely asking us recommendations and subtly dodging each place my partner and I mentioned. My mom asks, “Where did you take Daddy for lunch?” We ended up hanging out and chatting while the staff started to close up. Great food. Every time. Great fast friendly service. Every time. Need a restaurant that your parents like to get them to visit? (Probably not) but THANK YOU, EAZZY BURGER!“

“Saw Slay burgers on TikTok and Facebook, noticed they were located in Richmond VA. Wanted to give it a try, and I gotta say, I was blown away, the interior design was custom made for the restaurant, the food was absolutely delicious, the menu was super easy and straight forward to read, they offer burgers, chicken sandwiches, hoagies, chicken wings, waffle fries, and drinks. The cooks KNOW what they’re doing, the front of house staff was amazing. 10/10 BETTER AND CHEAPER THEN 5 Guys. GO TO SLAY BURGERS“

“I’ve come here once before with a friend, and had a great experience then!

I’d had a really hard morning into the afternoon due to a tragedy and other events in my personal life.

When I walked in, just as I had opened my mouth to order, I immediately began to cry. The person at the register was very kind when taking my order despite my ordering through tears.

The person gave me space to gather myself, and gave me a little encouragement.

Because of the day I’d been having (which earlier had included a not great customer service experience) the gentleness and compassion of the server was enough to smooth over pieces of my day that felt raw.

By the way, I ordered the malt vanilla shake and it was the perfect treat in the midst of my day!“

“Seriously, a gem of a hole in the wall local place. My daughter had the "merica burger" and she devoured it. I had a Lucky Charm burger with a rice crispy treat on it... sounds weird as hell, absolutely demolished it and almost ordered a second one. The beer was cold as hell too! 10/10 will stop by this place anytime we are in town, hell, maybe even if we are within 50 miles. Edit: Forgot to add. I had a flight of Bloody Mary's and my 8 year old wanted one. So they brought him a non-alcholic tomato juice in a little cup. He was absolutely delighted. Waitress was absolutely awesome and I would say very kid friendly.“
