“Highly recommend!! Stands out with a fresh & fun name, the detail of the inside & outside of the restaurant is like woah which matches the great vibe of all the employees. Welcomed in, no pressure to order & I asked to try a variety of sauces/rubs with fresh af fries. Ordered the smoked wings with garlic buffalo & boneless wings with lemon pep buffalo, which both flavors were delicious! All the recipes come from their employees which was such an awesome concept. Turn around time from ordering was about 10 min & the food was steaming when it came out. Both bleu cheese & ranch were delicious, the smoked flavor of the wings elevated the sauce flavors. The boneless wings were good sized, not overwhelmed with breading, & 10 were quite filling. The fries were so crispy and delicious, just peep your teeth after as there's seeds sprinkled on them. The customer service was excellent, made you feel welcomed, & positive vibes! The decor & music also matches the funky upbeat vibe. Only down side is the floor is a tad sticky but I feel that's slightly expected with a wing place. Don't let that deter you. 10/10 would recommend! Would totally go back to try one of their sandwiches or something else on the menu or get the wings again!“

Very kind, patient, and knowledgeable of the menu when my brother asked for gluten free options. It’s obvious that he’s very hardworking and a strong asset to the team here. I placed a large order just 30 minutes before closing—four chicken sandwiches, a 20-piece chicken tender meal, and their amazing honey biscuits—and everything was fresh, hot, and made to order. That kind of care and quality, especially so close to closing time, really impressed me. The food? Top-tier. The chicken sandwiches were perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the tenders were juicy with a golden crunch. “To whom it may concern, you shut down the store to renovate the drive through, only to make the drive through slower than before. Suggestion. Instead of making a mobile app only lane, make that only mobile orders go through there and allow drive through as well.

It almost feels worse than dropping off at Mechanicsville elementary. If you know what I am talking about then you know what I mean on how horrible that drop off system is too. lol“

“We came in twice today to try the new chicken sandwiches. Both times we were helped in the drive through by Joseph. And he remembered us. That means a lot. I know working in costumer service you see a lot of faces so for him to remember was something that made our night. On top of that they had amazing costumer service. They were fast, and worked amazingly from what we saw. They were extremely nice aswell. The workers were getting along and all together was making the Chick-fil-A a great atmosphere. You could see everyone’s happiness to be working. I would recommend coming to the whiteoak location all the time and the new chicken pepper peminto sandwich ☺️“

“After watching the owners life story on the famous show Shark Tank, I decided to speed up my first visit to one of his restaurants .My God kids and I went to celebrate one of their birthdays. The atmosphere was vibrant. The kids enjoyed themselves. The fries were good, but the chicken fingers were off the chain excellent! Other than the taste, I was surprised how long they stayed very warm for the first 15 minutes of eating them. Definitely worth a visit if you love chicken- period!!“
