“poor customer service. unclean. multiple people working at least 5. no one can clean or wipe the drink station or the soda machine. Hardly anyone dining in. No one in line. yet im refused the deal i drove all the way there for just to be told " No". The policy's in place just to use a deal are for buffet restaurants because there u cannot take food to go. But, when did Firehouse subs turn into a buffet? because i cant take any of my food home? To demand someone to eat their food in house for a sandwich is absolutely insane. maybe the staff does this for kicks when they are bored. Whoever is running this franchise needs some customer service training and information for corporate should be seen or available in store.
