Our party of six enjoyed a lovely mid-afternoon lunch on the patio. Service was prompt, very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed several excellent appetizers including ahi tuna tacos, shaved octopus and the best mussels on the planet!
Entree’s we enjoyed were Tuna Poke Bowl, Fried Grouper Sandwich with pickled pineapple just to name a couple. All of us enjoyed our visit and look forward to going again!
We did not make reservations, and the hostess worked with us and accommodated our party of five. I did not expect this since it was Mother’s Day. West Coast Provisions offers a generally great dining experience, with the food being praised for dishes like the mahi, calamari, and sushi. The restaurant is highly recommended, with a classy atmosphere and accommodating staff, especially for larger parties. Recently, customers have praised the exceptional food, including perfectly cooked fish dishes, and the efficient and friendly service. The restaurant is known for its raw oysters, small plates, and a delicious donut dessert. Customers often enjoy sitting outside on lovely evenings, where the relaxed atmosphere is enhanced by occasional motorcycle or car noise. The calamari, Chesapeake oysters, fried oysters, and fried grouper sandwich are frequently highlighted as outstanding. While service can sometimes be slow initially, it tends to improve after appetizers arrive. Some dishes, like ceviche, may not appeal to everyone, and a few customers noted that it tasted strange or was not recommended, though it was taken off the bill. Overall, West Coast Provisions offers good food and a pleasant environment, making it a popular spot for both casual and special occasions.
