Enjoy that this location is in the neighborhood. The full service Panera closed in Woodlands Shopping Ctr. Always get great customer service. It’s nice being a Panera Club member too!
Just wanted to give a shout out to this store for top notch customer service! I order here on my way to work all the time and my order is usually on the shelf waiting when I get there. The staff is always super friendly. Today I hung around for ~10 minutes, evidently there was a ciabatta shortage. Not only did the staff treat me to a pastry, they refunded my order due to the wait time. I wasn't expecting either, so I was pleasantly surprised! Thanks Panera!
