Curb is rough on cars as its a big pothole to cross out of the lot, making turning onto the main road a little unsafe. I would go back again at lunch time. Still have yet to try other time slot, like dinner. 4 stars because of the parking lot damage and rumors of employees fixing their own meals in the fryers, that can contaminate and make allergy incidents if true.“

“Not all Hardees are the same, and the Lebanon, VA Hardees definitely shows it. The staff is friendly and makes you feel like they truly appreciate your business. There are people who come here every morning for breakfast because they feel welcomed. I sat here today and watched the manager, Sandy, interact with customers, and I can see why this is an exceptional Hardees. When you run a business, it's one thing to be staffed and another to be staffed with the right employees and to lead by example. If I were still in the workforce, I would definitely work for her.“
