Fast Food Restaurants in Hopewell

“Went to the Hardee's in downtown hopewell and meant an awesome guy celebrating pride month with awesome rainbow hair ( I know because I asked about his awesome hair)! He had awesome customer service in the drive thru. With everything going on right now it was nice to finally have friendly service! I've gone to McDonald's plenty of times in the last few months and have left disappointed with the customer service. I had a bad afternoon and he definitely made it better! He was friendly and showed great customer service...I received my order in a timely and friendly manner. I didn't get his name but I wanted to give him a shout out and thank him.“

“Food is always great. I suggest the Cajun chicken biscuit and bo rounds, finish with a sweet tea, and it's phenomenal! Although I do REALLY miss the Bo dogs.

Did an online order yesterday, and I went to pick up. I thought I'd checked through it well and discovered I'd forgotten some things when I go home. Went back to the restaurant, and they quickly gave me the missing items without issue; I had my receipt with me. Thankfully, they're 7 minutes away from my house.

Do not skip this restaurant. You will be very happy with the quality of food and exceptional customer service.“

“Went thru drive thru with an app order. Had to wait a very long time.. about 12 min in the drive thru line. All of the staff was rude, got mad when I asked for a straw for the drink I ordered, and they gave me cold fries. The staff didn't respond with one single word when i spoke to them or asked a question. I opened the bag and was eating my fries before I pulled out of the parking lot. I'd have gone back in but the line was too long and they were too busy. That's the other reason my fries should not have been cold. And my sandwich looked like someone stepped on it. It was dry and the edges of the cheese were all dried out like it had been sitting at room temp for a day or 2. I threw my meal in the trash. I was very disappointed in my visit. This is food service... went aren't employees taught that they have a job because we eat there? That good customer service matters? It's near impossible to get good service anywhere these days.“

“I took my daughter there after leaving the ER, because she hadn't had anything to eat all day. The restaurant was clean, it was in a convenient location from leaving the ER, and the young man working that night was very nice and pleasant. I didn't order anything, but my daughter really enjoyed her sub on flatbread!“

“The food is typical Subway food. The staffing is less at off peak times and more when needed. It is clean and well maintained. There’s a nice sized dining room to find seating and ample parking both in front and behind the building. We’ve made it our choice twice on this trip.“
