The food is exceptional. Every dish is prepared with fresh ingredients, rich flavors, and great attention to detail. “The best! They get their salmon fresh everyday and you can tell. Watch the sushi chefs - 6 guys behind the bar working constantly when they are busy. All of their food tastes so fresh and tasty. And their cocktails are delicious! Staff is generally super fast. I eat a lot of sushi and this is by far my favorite place!“

“My neice wanted to go to her favorite place for her 18th bday, so my sister called the Chin Chin Cafe and they said no problem. They had reserved tables when I arrived so I could decorate. Raymond was the MOD and was very helpful. We also had great customer service from the 3 employees working that night, it could not have gone any smoother! The timing of the food coming out was perfect!! Everything from the appetizers to the sushi to the main course dishes were delicious and plentiful. All our guests, especially the bday girl, were very happy. if you have not tried them yet, do yourself a favor and do so. Thank you to everyone at Chin Chin Cafe for helping to make it a perfect celebrationof our beautiful girl!!“

“I recently visited Brambleton Asian Spice Cafe and had an outstanding experience, easily deserving 5 stars. I ordered the orange chicken, which was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside, coated in a flavorful, slightly tangy sauce that wasn’t overly sweet. It came with a generous portion of fluffy white rice that paired perfectly with the dish. The presentation was neat, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the dining experience pleasant from start to finish. If you’re looking for delicious, well-executed Asian cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend this spot!“

“Always an amazing experience. Love being greeted personally by the owners and staff, just shows they have great customer service and management.
Started with an appetizer, and had my usual hibachi steak entree, then one of the new staff members recommended the mochi for dessert which was uhmazing ✨ hand decorated of course..shout out to Laura.
