“I came for lunch and got enchiladas. You order at the counter, but are served on a nice dish with pleasant plating. The enchiladas were very good: the chicken was soft and full of flavor and the sauce has a pleasant sweetness you hope for. The rice and beans that accompanied were nice as well. Service was fast and everyone was accommodating. The only minor negative I have is that the place feels slightly run down - no where near hole in the wall but some wear was showing on the sauce bottles and decorations. I will easily come here again to enjoy the great food and service while appreciating the aesthetics despite the very minor wear.“

“After a long, stressful day, my sister, my daughter, and I decided to stop by Chili’s to relax and enjoy a good meal. From the moment we sat down, Dan completely turned our day around. He greeted us with a genuine smile, made us feel welcome, and provided some of the best customer service we’ve experienced in a long time.

Dan was attentive, friendly, and incredibly patient throughout our visit. He made sure our drinks were always refilled, checked on us without being intrusive, and made sure every part of our meal was exactly right. His positive attitude and sense of humor made the entire experience so much more enjoyable. You can tell he truly cares about his guests and takes pride in what he does.

The food was great, but it was Dan’s outstanding service that made our visit memorable. After such a hectic day, it meant so much to have someone who made us feel valued and helped us leave with smiles on our faces. Employees like Dan are the reason people come back.
