Though we’ve never been disappointed in the food, and it’s my daughter’s favorite spot (we’re there twice a week minimum), the customer service has been fantastic. From the sandwich makers, to checkout, up to store management, all have been friendly, funny yet professional, generous, and understanding when we (the customer) have made mistakes, and corrected issues other affiliated stores have made when they had no obligation.
