“Thanks to a recommendation from one of our coaches in South County, we had the delightful opportunity to enjoy a delicious meal from a local home-based eatery – In Da Kitchen! It was our first time ordering, and they didn’t disappoint - it did exceeded our expectations. We savored Curry chicken, jerk chicken, and a delightful version of Yuca con Chicharron. The owners of the establishment were exceptionally friendly and made the entire ordering and pickup process a breeze. We highly recommend everyone in Lorton and beyond to give it a try!“

“The BEST Mexican food truck in the area! It is super authentic and always fresh. The food is amazing but in particular they’re made to order tamales. You have to contact the owners wife and get a minimum of 12 either chicken, pork, or rajas but trust me it’s worth it!“

“Try the beef nachos (nachos con carne), they're Fantastic! Seriously, the best I've ever had anywhere. I literally come back just to get nachos here whenever we're in VA. Cozy little bar area with a good size dining area, and a couple of billiard tables. Highly recommend, will return.“

“Good tacos and great pupusas (fresh, fast, handmade when you order) at this hispanic bar & grill. No crowd at noon on a Saturday when we visited. Waitress says they're busiest around 10pm on Fri & Sat nights for music, dancing & karaoke. We'll go back!“

“Good pupusas, but some disgusting drunk men trying to hit on every woman walking through the door. If you’re a woman, order a head of time and hide in a corner of the restaurant if you’re still waiting for your food. I would have given it a 5 star if the music wasn’t so loud and the drunk obnoxious men would’ve left me alone.“

“Favorite Salvadorean cuisine. My favorite meal is the "yuca con chicharrón," which is fried yucca root and pork crackling (rinds). This also includes shredded cabbage in the center as a side. I recommend reheating in an oven for better taste and texture.My second favorite meal is the chicken sandwich, which includes fries. It's about 8", has some lettuce and mayo in it. Pretty tasty. Same as above for reheating.My favorite sides are red beans or "pupusa revuelta." Pupusas are probably a transliteration of "pupus" or "pu-pu platters," which are similar to "tapas." These are bite-sized entrees or platters, but in this case, it is a fried, corn meal, pancake-like item similar to a 'tamal' in that it is corn-based, but it is flat and round and filled with either cheese, beans, or a combination of both (revuelta).Lastly, no meal comes with a drink included, but you can choose soft drinks, water, beer, coconut water, "horchata" or "jugo de marañón" (cashew juice). Horchata is the name of several kinds of beverages, made of ground almonds, sesame seeds, rice, barley, tigernuts, or melon seeds (in this case, it's a powdered mix). Jugo de marañon is cashew juice, a light sweet juice somewhat similar to guava juice and almond milk combined.Prices are very, very reasonable as is the quality of food. However, I cannot guarantee the best customer service. This does not deter my 5-star rating because I enjoy the food, not the people.Lastly, there is music videos or live fútbol (soccer) usually playing on about 3-4 TVs. There is a restroom for men and women, bit the women's restroom requires a key, which you obtain from the counter up front. They also sell pastries of central American style.“

“So I got the Pupusas de Queso con Chicharron on Rice Flour / Masa & I added Jalapeño & Beans to them! Soooo good, soft on the inside and crispy outside! The Salsa & Curtido (Slaw) was Fresh.

The only place I could get Pastelistos de Carne, cause most are lazy and only do chicken. They were sooo freaking good. Platonos could have been fried crispier and in thinner slices but most restaurants don’t do it cause of the time it takes. The Platano Empanadas (Sweet) were pretty authentic as well. No complaints really. The Pupusas were like that tho 5/5“

“I forgot to take photos...I will upload photos the next time I come. There will be a next time. The Tacos Lengua and the Huevos Divorciados were amazing! I ate those tacos with no salsa the tongue was crispy and soft all at the same time!“

Si usted es de la personas de buen gusto, que no le satisface cualquier comida, tiene que comer aquí, este Restaurante le va encantar, cuentan, con unos de los mejores chefs del área, pregunte por Don Jesúsito es el chef de la casa, es una de las personas más famosas del restaurante, creo que los clientes preguntas más por el chef, que por las demás personas que trabajan en ese lugar. No puede irse sin probar los deliciosos nachos mixtos de entrada y los ceviches al estilo peruano y de las sopas de mariscos de camaron con crema y las demás sopas ni hablar, tiene que visitar y probar todos los platillos hechos por el chef más famoso de Woodbridge. Recomendadisimo, una experiencia realmente complaciente para los amantes del buen gusto.“
