“This place is so so so so clean!!! Like yall, clean!! The manager, Rose, I enjoy the vibe. They were working like a well oiled machine. I’ve worked fast food before, and this is so top notch employees. It’s fast food, so I don’t expect like a kiss ass experience. But this worked, and was pleasant.“
“After a terrible experience at this location previously, I really appreciated how Shannon handled everything tonight. During our last visit, we waited over 49 minutes while employees were in the dining area playing with their children instead of assisting customers or preparing orders. We ultimately never received our food, had to drive to the Timberlake Road location, and ended up spending twice as much that night. We were given a coupon because of that experience.
Tonight they were unfortunately out of the extra-crispy chicken we wanted again, but Shannon handled the situation completely differently. She listened, sincerely apologized for what happened previously, stayed on top of our order, and gave us an additional item at no charge. Her professionalism, accountability, and kindness made a frustrating situation much better. Shannon deserves recognition because she genuinely made us feel like our experience mattered.“
