“Today while running errands in SW Roanoke I stopped by KFC for a quick drive thru lunch. I was greeted by Brandon who was very helpful and engaging at the window. He said to please pull up about 10 ft. forward and he would bring out my order to include fresh hot french fries. Within a short time he came out with my order. With his great attitude, helpful nature and friendliness combined with plentiful tasty food and drink at a very reasonable price.... I will not hesitate to stop again. Kudos to the store manager and staff for the refreshing change!“
“Place was very clean and up-kept.
The staff was friendly and courteous. I had a little trouble ordering and the worker helped me decide. It's been a while since I'd been to KFC. I got the chicken pot pie which was excellent! I ordered the bowl as well to heat up later for dinner. There were a few guests in the restaurant. The parking lot outside was huge! There's parking for handicapped and a clean restroom. All I'm all an excellent experience.“
