I had one of the best meals of my entire life at Esaan last week and I haven’t stopped thinking about it. We started out with a round of the butterfly pea flower sodas and the crispy tofu - refreshing and delish. Then we ordered the green curry, the drunken noodles, and the Thai fried rice. Luckily, we all agreed to eat family style and thank god because I *needed* to try everything. Every bite was absolutely divine.
