“I cannot recommend this place enough! The atmosphere is fantastic, the food is delicious and the staff is superb. Our entire experience was something special. My father had the table side carbonara, my husband had the braised short rib lasagna and I had the famous chicken parmigiana ala vodka. The staff paid attention to our every need and made this dining experience so enjoyable. Next time we are in the area we will be sure to come back.“

“We have been going to La Tomate for years. Retired several years ago and moved away from DC. Every time we are in DC we always go to one of our favorite restaurant, La Tomate. I love the selection on the menu, always something new to try with the daily specials. La Tomate has great staff and an excellent location. The fact you gave postcard with the receipt as a souvenir and one less thing I'd have to buy on my trip and 2. The service was amazing. I forget what her name is now, but my waitress came over and cleaned off the table of the two or three crumbs of truffle I had and got me new silverware for the second course. I can't think of any other restaurant I've been to where I've had service that attentive before.“

I am uncertain what the school’s plans are for next year, but if I or the school returns to the DC/VA area, I will certainly call upon you and return to La Bettola.
