I confirmed with customer service that they would price match and got all the way to the store only for them to refuse. So I bought the coat from the designer and returned it. � annoying.
I ordered a jacket and they did not provide a tracking number because “it was an in store purchase order” then a week later I was curious on where my package was so I called the store, and they said the package was dropped off and the store associate Clyde sent me the tracking number. Well they had during their voicemail long messages they open at 12 and not 11 which is ridiculous. I’m so dead.
