“We parked and ordered inside. I waited five minutes or so behind another person before someone came to take orders. There was a stack of cars in the drive through and apparently people picking up orders they made on an app. There were only 4 people working and orders were slow. Our food was good and hot but other people were bringing theirs back saying the Mac n cheese was cold inside or the burgers didn't have the condiments they asked for. In Arbys apparently you put your own condiments on and fill your own drink cups. So how does that work in the drive through.“
