“I’m from the west coast so this was my first visit to any Chick-fil-A. I was not impressed. The food is marginal. I was told to expect a very predictable, well managed, experience. Well, the urinal was out of service and the bathroom in general wasn’t clean; not a sign of good management.“
“We were traveling, and at one of the exits, we saw Chick-fil-A. We went in and found they were about to close in 15 minutes. The lady who helped us was not upset that it was late. We told her we would eat in our car since they were about to close. She helped us with our orders and made sure we had everything.“
