“I was in the drive thru tonight at 529 and I had a call I couldn’t hang up, and I ordered with the call on mute and Hannah was my order taker and she could see I was trying to do 2 things at once and she was very patient with me. I really try to complete all calls prior to entering a store but tonight was difficult but Hannah was very gracious and made my always pleasant chik fil a experience even better.“
“To whom it may concern, you shut down the store to renovate the drive through, only to make the drive through slower than before. Suggestion. Instead of making a mobile app only lane, make that only mobile orders go through there and allow drive through as well.
It almost feels worse than dropping off at Mechanicsville elementary. If you know what I am talking about then you know what I mean on how horrible that drop off system is too. lol“
