“Fun local spot. We've been customers for 10 years. There are many options, with a robust breakfast menu, many sandwiches, burgers, and my wife enjoys the Milestone salad. Burgers are discounted on Tuesday and they always have a good crowd.
We like the high top tables in the bar for dinner. The bar staff really hustles to deliver drinks ( IPA choices for me) and food. One young lady (perhaps a bar manager) has been here for years and will not let you be overlooked.
I'm happy to see the Meatball appetizer (photo) return to the menu, and make a meal out of it with a side of fries. The meatloaf entree is outstanding.“

“This food was absolutely amazing and the service was spectacular!! Even due to a small delay, the timing was extremely fast. Rachel, the manager was very polite and even brought out complimentary dessert! 12/10 customer service, highly recommended and proud to be future returning customers! :)“

“Was in Mechanicsville for a Cross Country meet. My daughter wanted pizza afterwards. So, not being from the area we went to Google for help. It led us to Primo Pizza, and we were glad it did. We ordered a couple pizzas, a sub and cheese sticks. Everything was delicious! The service was great, and we received our food promptly. We will definitely stop in the next time we are in the area.“

“We were traveling, and at one of the exits, we saw Chick-fil-A. We went in and found they were about to close in 15 minutes. The lady who helped us was not upset that it was late. We told her we would eat in our car since they were about to close. She helped us with our orders and made sure we had everything.“

“You would not think that a restaurant of this quality would be located in a small strip shopping center. The food is awesome. I've had mostly seafood dishes and they have been great. The value is phenomenal. It is well worth going to the Pasta House!“
