“For the most part, the baristas here are awesome! There is, however, a woman named Liz who is absolutely one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. She goes out of her way to be snide to people. Why she hasn't been fired yet? There is a case of nepotism. I am currently a regular, but I just can't stand this woman anymore, so I'll start going somewhere else, even if it's far out of the way. The turnover rate is high. No question as to why.“
