“Made a random stop on our drive from North Carolina to Ohio. The food was excellent, but we were inpressed with the customer service. Every single employee was friendly and helpful. We would have stopped to enjoy a drink, but were anxious to get back on the road. All around a positive experience!“

The service could not be quicker, nor friendlier than all the people at Curry Cuisine.But the real kudos go to the food. The Mixed Kebabs was the best I've ever had - here or in India. The lamb and chicken were so tender, and the sauce had just a hint of hot, but mostly delicious. And order a Mango Lassi for like none other than you've ever had, without the cloying sweetness of the many others I have tried elsewhere. We also enjoyed the Palak Chatt - a bit different than elsewhere, but a wonderful combination of fried spinach, tomato, potato, onion, and garbanzos with a wonderful semi-sweet sauce.Overall, I highly recommend, and we will be back, even though it's a bit of a trek from Falls Church.oh, and the wonderfully sweet little lagniappe of rice pudding at the end was small, but just right ending.“

“Best breakfast I’ve ever had. Unfortunately I was unable to take a picture of my food to show you. I ate it so quick because it was too good!! The atmosphere in here is like an old school diner. I love the location as well on the historic old Main Street. Beautiful family owned home cooked meals! Anytime you’re looking for a good breakfast you need to stop here! Warning though, it’s cash only! I hope they upgrade that soon.“

“We were in Winchester for a meeting and decided to try Taqueria Guadalajara for lunch. We're originally from California now living in Northern VA so I'm very picky with Mexican food. This restaurant did not disappoint. In fact, it's one of the most authentic Mexican food places. Definitely NOT Tex-Mex! I had menudo and hubby had barbacoa sopes and they were excellent (see pictures). I met two families here who were also from Southern California! You've got to try it here!“

“The crab cake super platter is "disturbingly good"!The meal started with a side order of hushpuppies and melted butter. One can tell immediately they were hand made on the spot and fried to perfection.Next came the platter...The very large shrimp were fried to a perfect light brown in color. Butter and sauce are available.The crab cake is something to write home about. Seriously, there are zero-point-zero fillers or binders. 100% lump crab. Buttery smooth and delicately spiced. The sides of mac & cheese and the potato salad were a nice accompaniment but stand in the shadow of the crab cake.The price may seem high, but this is no joke and worth every penny.The open kitchen and casual atmosphere are at odds with a meal that should be served on fine China.“

“My family and I came from out of town passing through and stopped at this establishment. When we walked in first thing I noticed was how clean the restaurant was. We found a seat and Valerie came to our table instantly to welcome us. Our food was fantastic as well as the serving sizes. Prices were very good and not expensive. Both women and men’s bathrooms were very clean as well as the kitchen when I peaked in. My family and I would definitely be back when in the area again.“

“I went to Waffle House after waiting for a half hour at the Cracker Barrel, I ordered the old timers breakfast with Biscuits and Gravy, after a significant wait the waitress brought the eggs and said it would be a little bit longer for the Biscuits and Gravy, the eggs were long past cold when she came out again telling me me they were out of biscuits and offered toast so without eating anything I paid my bill I walked out. Now back to the waffle House. I was served my desired B&G breakfast, it was cooked exactly as I had asked and it was within five minutes. So why only 4 Stars? The W.H. is a very loud environment, their wait staff think nothing of yelling back and forth. The food is delicious and great value. But it would be nice with a modicum of decorum.“

“My husband and I wanted a nice dinner out and we found this gem of a place! I ordered the Shrimp Taco’s, and they were so very delicious, juicy and cooked perfectly - the hot sauce was spicy but not over whelming and the slaw and grilled pineapple was a nice accompaniment to the taco’s and topped it off with cilantro-lime crema. My husband ordered the grilled shrimp dinner and once again, the shrimp were perfectly cooked, the grilled corn salad was also very refreshing, and I can honestly say this is the 1st time that we have gone out and not had to add salt! Everything we ate was seasoned perfectly! We finished off our dinner with an out of this world banana chocolate cake with a coffee buttercream icing.We will most definitely be coming back for more! “My family ate here last night. Everything was exceptional. All of the staff were super friendly. I had Chicken Patia. I love the mango sauce and will need to go back asap to get it again. My husband had Lamb Patia (he gets it hot and was sweating lol) and enjoyed it very much. My son got the butter chicken, which is absolutely delicious. If you don’t know what to get, I recommend starting with this dish. My 6 year old daughter isn’t keen on experimenting yet, but she did like the tandoori chicken and lots of the basmati rice. You have to get naan bread (I recommend the garlic one). Definitely will return here!“

“I have liven in India and can truly tell you that this is authentic Indian cuisine. I find the taste much higher than any Indian restaurants in Northern Virginia or Washington, D.C. This is the best Indian food you will find anywhere within 75 miles. Try it and you will see that the food here is way above others in flavor.“

Kelly went out of her way to make sure that each of us had a great time tasting the various wines that JC offered. We arrived to a table set up for our party. Kelly brought out our charcuterie boards. Then she began serving with an explanation about the making of each wine as well as the taste characteristics that we could expect. “Food was tasty and authentic. We had Kapow Beef, Ginger Duck, Pad Thai Chicken, and Mango with sticky rice. We also had chicken pho and potstickers.The restaurant is connected to a hotel which it shares the bathroom with and you can see a cool marimba in the back hallway that I took a picture of.Dietary restrictions: You can request they use gluten free soy sauce.“

“We recently found out about this place. It's a unique restaurant. The attention given to the decor/details caught my eye right off ...cool vibe. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the seating very comfortable. They even have private booths....nice touch. The service was excellent.....new trainee and she was doing great. The menu has something for everyone. It was our first time and we weren't very hungry so we settled on wings and they were very good. The bar was across from our booth so we noticed it had a good crowd. The bartender made sure to keep the bar goers in good spirits. No pun intended. We also ordered Jalapeño Poppers that were just as great.The one thing I didn't care for was the cheese bread. I didn't like the sliced cheese on it. Otherwise, everything else was worthwhile.The server was one of the friendliest we have had.The only "complaint" would be the water. Every food items I’ve order has exceeded expectations. The chips and salsa is really good, not too salty. My favorites are the chimichangas, shrimp al chipotle, enchiladas and shrimp & avocado salad. Sometimes simple is best, and nothing beats a double (who am I kidding, make it a triple) serving of crispy hash browns, covered capped and diced, over-easy eggs, a side of crispy bacon, steaming cup of dark roast coffee (if you ask for it specifically they'll brew a pot for you). If you're in-the-know, you might even order those "secret" pork chops for breakfast! Have a nice chat with your server and enjoy the controlled chaos of the kitchen with orders being shouted back and forth. For extra fun, see if you can decipher the secret code they use with jelly and butter packets on the plates to tell what needs to be cooked next. Oh, and even if you don't order a world-class waffle, you'll enjoy the aroma all the same.“

“My first Golden Corral experience. It was better than I anticipated. Prices were very reasonable, with dinner buffet costing $15.99 for an adult. The food options were plenty and the staff worked hard to keep everything refilled quickly. The table server was so pleasant and attentive, and kept our table cleared and drinks refilled continuously. The buffet was clean, for the most part, considering how many people were at the counter at any given time. The food itself was good - salty, as expected, but the BBQ pulled pork and mashed potatoes were both my favorites. There were also so many dessert options, which was surprising. I'm not a lover of buffets by any means, but this was above expectations.“

“We do take out, the food is very good and the portions are generous. I wish we could dine in, which is possible but the atmosphere is poor at best. The front is used for storage of supplies and looks disorganized the room is dark and not inviting. There are children doing there homework and watching videos on the dining room. We could use a nice dine in Chinese restaurant. This area may not support it, just wishing. The food certainly is good though.“
