I walked in and I was impressed by the clean, vibrant atmosphere and the friendly energy from the staff. The ingredients were incredibly fresh. Everything from the crisp romaine and kale to the perfectly grilled chicken and roasted veggies. The variety of toppings and dressings is unmatched, with so many creative and delicious combinations to choose from. Whether you're building your own or picking one of their signature salads or warm bowls, you can’t go wrong. I loved how customizable everything was, and the staff was more than happy to walk me through the options. The customer service was top-notch and everyone was super helpful, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. You can really tell they care about giving each customer a great experience. The quality of the food, the freshness of the ingredients, and the amazing customer service made this one of the best fast-casual dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. This location provides mouthwash in the restroom, crayons in one of the condiment stations, and those adhesive placemats for toddlers. I can’t say enough about the amazing service at Marco’s Pizza on Midlothian. The manager went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our order. When the first pizza wasn’t exactly what we approved, they quickly sent out another one—no questions asked! It’s rare to see such dedication to customer satisfaction these days. The Triple Pepperoni Mag they sent over was absolutely delicious, and the garlic sauce crust with Parmesan was perfect! Thank you for making our evening great.
