Way better than Colonial Heights, Hopewell or Chester it has a nice background. It’s got a nice vibe. The background is loud though

Staff is poorly trained and customer service needs improvement. Half the lanes were open, but we were still placed with rowdy teenage boys. The girls at the front desk told us multiple lies about availability. It is the best bowling lanes around, so they get away with this
