workers didn't have gloves on or msks while preparing food..
6 piece chicken strip, extra gravy, chili dog and cheese burger. Burger was the only thing warm. waited 17 minutes and had to ask for the extra gravy I paid for. 3 regular size strips 3 the size of a nugget. Fries and the chicken I did get were cold. Gravy cold. Not busy at all. People in line warned us but on this road there are not many choices so you go with what you can. Should have settled with a bag of chips. Would have been better
The ONLY reason I gave it one star is it was the only way to leave a review. They’re the SLOWEST place around, customer service sucks, and they start shutting down the “food machines” sometimes up to an hour BEFORE CLOSING! I’d rather drive the extra 20 minutes into Richmond and make it worth my while😡😡
