They are short of staff. I don't know, but maybe that's why the place looks so dirty.
This experience was not as good as at other Cheddar's we have been too. The Wisconsin cheese bites were delicious but that was it. The Monty Cristo sandwich had too much batter and was way too greasy. Another patron that was sat beside us ordered the shrimp Alfredo and it came out cold and there was no broccoli she told the server (we had the same server) and the server just asked if she wanted it remade or just bring out broccoli. There were flies all over the place. The food was great and our waiter was good too. The rest room was not clean at all. The waiting area in the front wasn't clean either.
