“food was great, the restaurant was busy, but we didn't have to wait. Our server Morgan was exceptional, she had several people to take care of, and she done it without missing a beat. will definitely be back and ask for her.“

“that ceiling fan and the flower pots positioned in the overhead was a pretty cool sight. I ordered the appetizer trio (chicken tenders, cheese bites, chips and spinach dip) and was pretty full before my meal even arrived! A party of two could order just that appetizer and one entree and be satisfied. They could’ve done better with their chicken fried steak though. It was quite soggy once my partner cut into it.
They had a number of 4 and 5 member families waiting on low-table and booth seating - but we were able to get into the high tables and bar area pretty quickly. I don’t know if they were short staffed but it took quite a while to get more tables cleaned off and available for those who’d rather have the low table/booth seating.
There was a 5 minute period where the bar area was completely void of employees and the phone lines behind the bar rang for a minute. Not sure what that was about but there should have been someone standing by for the line.“

“Our waiter was a little rude. He seemed to have an attitude. Other than that the food was good and of course being with my family! My dad’s 91st Birthday!!!“

“I have been going to the Casbar for many years. They make me feel like family... And let me tell you about the FOOD... They need a Michelin Star for them wings and greens... All the food is freshly prepared... Nothing under no heat lamp... Always the coldest beer in Virginia... I will always go to the Casbar.“

“Highly recommend CG for catering your events! We called less than two weeks before our surprise birthday lunch, worked out a great menu selection and were so happy with the communication, service and delivery from Cassie and her catering team. The food was delicious, delivered early, and she helped answer all of my questions along the way. Will be ordering again!“

“I had ordered a cajun biscuit and they gave me the wrong biscuit. So i proceeded to go back and get my biscuit replaced and I was blasted with amazing customer service by this young man named tayvion. He then apologized and made my biscuit correctly instantly. I proceeded to apologize for my attitude and he was kind enough to listen that I was already having a bad day. Best manager customer service in a while.“

“Today the staff at this Bojangles should be recognized for their hard work and dedication. They not only had a line in the inside, they also had a line in the drive thru. As they dealt with angry customers from all angles. The male manager on duty kept his calm, made eye contact with each customer that needed help, and proceeded to get each customer’s orders out. The teenager that took orders and bagged them moved as quickly as his teenage mind and hands could move. Each day we as consumers want “fast food”, fresh, and without mistake. Not realizing that we’re dealing with people, not machines. The store is under staffed, yet they still give us options on choosing to come inside or be outside in the drive thru. Be kind to these young and older men and women. They’re working to provide for their families or themselves and deserve some grace. If you don’t have patience when you see everyone is working hard. Take your behind home and cook for yourself. Huffing, puffing, and poking your chest out won’t get you fed any faster if they’re short on staff. I’m not saying its wrong to get frustrated sometimes. I do as well, but when it’s clear that everyone is doing all that they can, be patient or go home.“
