Ordered delivery directly from the Chipotle website after two attempts from Door Dash ended in “cancelled”. The order arrived missing HALF of the items ordered and when we called the restaurant we got an automated system and could not speak to anyone. The food here is already mediocre but add the extremely poor service and this was a HUGE waste of time and money. You got us this time Chipotle, but never again.
Tried to order chips was told they only make so many and the rest were "reserved". Was told its not me its management, Im just the messanger. Also no ice, no straws. Very poorly run and managed
