Normally, I have nothing but glowing things to say about my experience at Jimmy John's. However, today was more freaky and less fast. The sandwich makers were moving very slowly and got the order wrong for a gentleman ahead of us. The young lady who took our order seemed very thrown off by that and reconfirmed our order twice.
Once we received our food, it was very good, as usual. My only complaint would be that there is no need to put shredded lettuce inside an unwich.

AMAZING customer service, the best by far that I’ve received from a jimmy johns locally.
I had placed an online order fairly close to closing time right after I had gotten off of work. Both managers were so pleasant, and seemed like it was no issue at all that I was walking in with only 3 minutes left of them being open. HIGHLY recommend stopping by here. Will be now making this my primary Jimmy John’s.

I've been here three times so far and I have to say that they haven't missed yet. The bread was right, the meats were perfect. I just bought a unwich and a wrap, so far the unwich was a gargantuan and I'm about to eat the wrap.
