I was sitting down eating , and I hear someone talking loudly fussing at one of the employees, the employee walked out crying , I walked behind her to ask was she ok, she then said that she dislikes the lady who was speaking to her I asked what was the lady name she said Kennesha, as a customer seeing and hearing this, is insane, if this is the person you have representing this company and treating employees in that manner I will never come back, I will spread the word , bad enough...read full review
Ordered on the Popeyes app. Got the 10 piece special, all white, cole slaw, and pintos and rice. Received notification that my order was ready just as I pulled into the lot. Went in, gave my name, and was told there was a 10 minute wait for white meat, unless I wanted all dark instead. Order was ready in 10 and the meal was delicious.
The food was ok. The macaroni was terrible. It looked like they scrapped the burnt stuff out of the bottom of the pan and served it to us. There were no clean tables to sit at in the restaurant. The employee at the counter was a little rude. When we picked up the order to eat in, it was in a bag. I asked for a tray.
