Port Arthurs is my favorite Chinese Restaurant. I love the fact that they are locally owned and have been here for as long as I can remember . They are a staple in Newport News and never disappoint. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and menu is extensive. Y’all, it’s that’s good!
