“Let me make this clear. I am not giving Rita's 5 stars. I am giving it to the female employee who was working on Sunday, July 26th at around 1:30 pm. If I could give her 10 stars then I would. This young lady worked the drive thru and served the in store customers all by herself. Not sure if someone was in the back or not. If they were, I never saw them. Other customers can attest to this. She was calm, pleasant, and efficient. I was getting mad watching her go through this alone. What made me really mad was that a female customer saw what she was dealing with and had the audacity to ask to sample some flavors. I'm like lady you don't see what's going on here. Order your stuff and get out of the way. This employee is trying to several people behind you, plus the people in the drive thru. I was like is she an employee or maybe she is related to the owner or something. Her dedication demonstrated that perhaps she owns the restaurant.“
