The place is always clean, plenty of parking (except for Cinco de Mayo) and always a popping environment! We also had the steak fajitas, forgot to picture it ?, it was good as well???. It has changed managers, but it’s still a fantastic place for a good time. Food comes out hot, fresh, and fast. We’ll be back soon!“

“Delicious, authentic meal! Had this and the hot appetizer sampler platter. The seasonings were absolutely touching to the taste buds. All three meats on the kabob platter were marinated and tender. Highly recommend this little treasure in Newport News. The man (I’m assuming the owner) who served us was so nice and informative about the food of his culture. Thank you so much! I ordered my food to go and he was nice enough to give me a water to drink while I waited for my food. The food came out quickly and everything was correct. “I never shy away from a place because of its location. I found that the hole in the wall places are among the absolute best. Nawab Indian Cuisine is a definite hit.
I highly recommend eating in so you may have an opportunity to experience the service but also cap your meal with the milk chai cardomon. Tea.
First, the staff is very attentive and friendly without feeling overbearing. They watch very closely from a distance.
My meal lamb Rogan was among some of the best I’ve had in the states.
With a Punjabi hand in the kitchen, don’t be afraid to take your Spice level up a level or two. Especially if you’re going with the goat. The full richness of flavor you’ll receive might be worth it.
The basmati used is excellently prepared I’m excited to try a biryani the next time I’m in town.
The rice and the bread were as good or better than fancier restaurants in fancier areas of town.
With that said, don’t let the area or the locals throw you off the parking lot has adequate security for the mall and once inside, you’ll find a clean modern inviting experience that is good for business dinners, family, or even a romantic experience. With the attention from the staff, whatever your goal you’ll achieve it.“

I love that I can sit and sip on their delicious beverages while writing, especially the dark roast and the charged up cold drinks. So delicious! The bread bowls are quite the reward to help motivate me to finish my next writing goal. I have fallen in love with this place! I love the unique chairs and sometimes the warm fire place.“

The Super Young Lady we had as a Server, her name was Rachel was an absolute pleasure!! All of us said the same thing. Attentive. Super Personality and just couldn’t have been any sweeter. We all brag about the food; but Young People like this deserve recognition and hopefully Management let’s her know how much we enjoyed the food, but she was the highlight of the meal. “Went in last night (11/5/20), greeted by the togo person or host right away. Ashley was our waitress and she was AMAZING! Hands down the best. Had my usual plain hamburger with veggies - amazing and on point. Kiddos had chicken fingers and fries and while you are probably thinking you can't screw that up well ya can. They have the better chicken nuggets in the area (kids tested). Of course you can't forget about the donuts - amazing and always on point! Again - our waitress was amazing - she had a large table, our table, and another but still managed to keep up with everything.“

“The price was on the higher end, but I enjoyed the food. I liked that the broth I got was not oily, rather it was translucent and aromatic which is a sign of high quality Vietnamese broth. Not every pho restaurant will offer vegetarian dishes, so that they have them available made me happy. I would recommend giving them a go and seeing if it’s for you. In addition, the portion I received for takeout was able to personally justify the price for me, since I was able to eat pho for 2-3 consecutive meals (lol). Your mileage may vary.“

A lover of Creole and Cajun food this was a bit salty. I'm a biscuit lover and I opted for biscuit which was very dry. Server allowed me to get sourdough toast to replace. Overall 8.1 : 10“
