Excellent customer service. "Fast food" for sure. Very short waiting time, even though they were busy. Very courteous personnel and super clean.
I made a mobile order. Waited over 20mins for it to be done and it was cold. I ate at the location so it should not have been cold at all.
Fast service, polite workers and great prices

Wendy's is a fast-food restaurant with a mix of experiences. The staff is nice and the building is clean. Customers often receive hot and fresh food, especially at the drive-thru, where service is quick and efficient. The Combo Baconator is a popular choice and always reliable. The loaded nacho burger is spicy but flavorful. Customers appreciate the helpful team and fast service, with many mentioning that their meals are served hot and fresh. However, there are occasional issues such as drive-through orders not being taken at night and some inconsistencies in food quality, with some receiving old or hard chicken that is later remade perfectly. The restaurant has a new manager who is praised for providing good service and fresh food. One notable staff member managed a large crowd at the pick-up window with patience and calmness, even during technical issues. Customers also mention a confusing clearance sign that is difficult to see. Overall, Wendy's offers reliable fast food with friendly staff and a clean environment.
