Anchor Bar and Lounge, located in Delta by Marriott, is conveniently located across the street from The Marriott Residence Inn where we often stay when we come to Norfolk. What a wonderful, friendly restaurant/bar. Deborah, Quacy Anne, Tonya, Jose, Lloyd and Troy are all outstanding employees ???? ????. Parking: The restaurant was hard to find from the road, even with GPS. No clear signage. At the lobby of a Marriott hotel - their website could have just said that to give a better idea where to find them.
