“Had problems with service at this location in the past, but thought I'd try again for carry out since it's close for me. When I arrived one person was waiting, The 2 employees never acknowledged me. I waited nearly 10 minutes before I was asked what my name was. I will try the Little Creek location from now on.“
“I have never done anything but grab the pre-made hot stuff off the counter. I have never ordered anything special. I like Pizza Hut in general and the pizza and breadsticks they have out there are good as expected, though I got a pasta once that had obviously been sitting for a long time. That only happened once, though.“
“The workers here are genuinely so kind even when there are technical difficulties and through the busy holiday season. We order here all of the time and, though there have been issues like any other restaurant, the employees have always been helpful through it. Exceptional service from the team here, especially Shay during my last visit (I believe that was her name) :)“

“Jennifer and her Team were excellent! As soon as I walked in, they were very welcoming and friendly. I was impressed by the superb customer service and how fast they were. I also had questions about a large order, and Jennifer went above and beyond by answering all my questions and providing excellent service! I will definitely be back. This is the best Pizza Hut I have ever visited :)“
“During the last two online order that I did I got two sides of breadsticks each time. The former breadsticks is ok but the latter gets a bad rating. The sticks are not cut all the way and not enough flavor crumbs. I strive to be a good customer and always provide tips but the products are not consistently good.“
