“I recently dined at Outback with my family for my grandma’s birthday. The service was fantastic! We were all blown away by how good everything was. The food came out fairly quickly and it was delicious! I was pleasantly surprised. When they said they wanted to go to Outback, I thought “Okay, sure, this will be fine.” But wow! It was actually such a great time. The service was friendly, warm and kind. We felt like family. They have new creative seasonal cocktails! Very fun! Overall a really great experience. I completely underestimated this place. The steaks all came out perfectly cooked. The chicken was juicy and delicious. Everything was perfect! Cannot recommend more.“
“I had a great dining experience at Outback this past Saturday. We ordered the Bloomin Onion and it was made perfectly. For my main course, I had the Alice Springs chicken and the sirloin steak combination. Whoever the chefs were on Saturday afternoon, they are some great cooks. Everything was wonderful. Service was average with our waitress. However, Owen, who was helping bring out the plates, etc., was wonderful!! Owen truly loves working with the public. Just fantastic!!The atmosphere score is low because they need to fix their chairs. They are wobbly.“
“The food is always good here, but tonight must have been an off night. It took 45 minutes before they even took our orders. Our waitress disappeared. Their excuse is they are short staffed. If you are short staffed, then you should have closed for the night and tried again tomorrow. Just my opinion.“

This was the best experience I have ever had at any restaurant ever. From the food quality, the mixed drinks, amazing service and atmosphere they hit it out of the park. Your management team should be proud of the team you have around you. You all work great together and it's a win win for everyone.“
“We celebrated my wife's birthday and we had an amazing time. The food was delicious and Jasheem provided excellent customer service and some outstanding meal choices. Our only complaint is we wish we could have been seated closer to the live jazz band which was excellent.“
“Our server Tyler made our experience great. He was funny, personable, considerate, and gave us great recommendations. We used the text ahead seating for a party of 5 including a child and were seated shortly after checking in at the restaurant. Steaks were cooked well, maybe a little over but still very delicious. “Relatively good location with good spots and food. The rolls they brought out were AMAZING. they were truly the best part of our lunch getaway. I highly recommend if only for the rolls. Otherwise, the food was unhealthy and overpriced. The ambiance was good and they had a lot of different signs and other options on the walls to create a homey and delightful feel. Truly an experience but probably will not be going again.“
“I love this place. My favorite steakhouse in Norfolk. I generally prefer to eat downstairs as it's more casual, and doesn't have a dress code. Either way, the service is always great and the food is excellent. Had their dry aged ribeye last time, and I would order it again.“
