“Chick A fila is the only recognized fast food restaurant on my purchasing list.the atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff is always healthy and hygieniccally clean in appearance. The food is of a tasty quality and the bathrooms are always clean. I am yet to find a bad or unclean location.
I am proud to recommend Chick A Fila to every one locally and I hope that they will be extending to an international patronage.“

I ordered a bowl with brown rice and bulgar, chickpeas, corn, pita chips with feta cheese and black beans. Lemon Tahini dressing with BBQ tofu, fantastic.

“My absolute favorite place to eat when I visit VA. I create my own bowl, which my fav to start with is the root rice w/spinach and kale..then build from there. The staff are amazing, super friendly, and makes you feel good about spending your money there lol“

“Lulu's customer service is out of this world!! Their food is also out of this world!! We will definitely be coming back here next time we are in Richmond!! We had a pitcher of the Tropical Mimosas, a Bloody Mary, Shrimp & Stone-Milled Pimento Grits and Chicken & Red Velvet Waffle. Everything was absolutely delicious. Tropical Mimosas - were very refreshing and a perfect start to our brunch Bloody Mary - Bloody Mary mix is made in house and is absolutely divine Shrimp&Stone-Milled Pimento Grits - this is the star of the show! It was so creamy and perfectly seasoned! Chicken&Red Velvet Waffle - the chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked, the house potatoes were something you could just eat a whole plate of all by itself, the sausage gravy is absolutely amazing, the waffle was good but a bit dense and dry the syrup didn't even soak into it (would have been better with a good pad of melted in butter in or something)“

“I was surprised that my gyro platter didn’t actually have a gyro on it but a bunch of chopped up lamb with pita triangles. Honestly, I wasn’t sure how I was supposed to eat it. Owners may want to examine that. All the signs posted about an up charge if a credit card is used was very off putting. I considered not coming because it was so stuck in my head from a past visit. My elderly mother was so appalled, she suggested not leaving a tip. Of course I tipped but I mentioned this so owners will see what is going through guests minds when they read those signs. Please get rid of them. Guests know that restaurants are charged for credit card services but we don’t like to be reminded. Our waitress never checked back on us and our drinks went dry. Consider employee training. I will return because generally the food is terrific and Bellgreek is close to my home. Hope my comments are helpful to management.“

“This ISNT for the Olive Garden employees but for THE PERSON WHO CREATED OLIVE GARDEN and makes them stupid ass rules why when getting pasta at the bottom it’s sooooo dry ??? I have to order extra sauce every time just for them to give me a small ass cup of Alfredo, it’s so infuriating because nobody wanted to pay an extra 1-3 dollars for the bigger cup y’all could supply after the order was already like 21+ dollars…. “Delicious pizza and friendly service. I had the Mediterranean pizza but added beef sausage to it. The beef sausage was deliciously spiced and the pizza was cooked just right.

To my knowledge, this is the only pizza place in Richmond where you can request meat toppings that are 100% beef, turkey, or chicken instead of pork. With vegan and vegetarian options as well, there’s something for everyone here. I live nearby, but never knew about their options until a coworker told me. For me, it’s an absolute game changer to have this place in Richmond (I have a pork allergy) and a great bonus that it’s right down the street from me. Additionally, the price is very reasonable. This will definitely be my go-to pizza place from now on.“

“One of the best sandwich places I've been to. My favorite thing is the Beefeater with Pasta Salad, chips, and a pickle. SUPER filling and I always have leftovers. Went here for lunch on my birthday and they gave me my usual plus dessert for free!“

“Much more food than you get at CAVA or Roots, everything tasted great. There was a wide variety of options and everything was clearly labelled on the glass, so ordering was easy. The house sodas are all really interesting, I loved the Kola, I thought it would be a generic coke and I was totally wrong. The falafel had a great flavour and there were a lot of different textural options. The spicy feta dip was super good too

“Hello, I just went through the drive-through to get sweet tea for my wife and two-year-old son. As I pulled into the parking lot, the woman at the podium handing out receipts gave me a dirty look, possibly because of my loud exhaust. I proceeded to the line to order my beverage, and while I waited, she handed receipts to the two cars in front of me but stared at me and my car with the same look. She didn’t offer me a receipt, which my wife needs to scan for points on an app that helps us financially. I had to ask for one when I got to the window to pick up my drink. I noticed this number on the receipt, which belongs to the operator, Jason Umberger. I believe the employee may need some coaching on maintaining professionalism and not letting personal judgments affect her behavior at work. As a manager for a company in Virginia that sponsors VCU, the Flying Squirrels, and many others, I understand the importance of professional conduct in the workplace. This was 8/22/23 @ 6:19PM.“

“This Chic-fil-A is located in Chippenham hospital. The service is great. The staff is always friendly, the place is always clean and our food always hot. This is my go to when I don't feel like going all the way to the Forest Hill location.“

“We came in twice today to try the new chicken sandwiches. Both times we were helped in the drive through by Joseph. And he remembered us. That means a lot. I know working in costumer service you see a lot of faces so for him to remember was something that made our night. On top of that they had amazing costumer service. They were fast, and worked amazingly from what we saw. They were extremely nice aswell. The workers were getting along and all together was making the Chick-fil-A a great atmosphere. You could see everyone’s happiness to be working. I would recommend coming to the whiteoak location all the time and the new chicken pepper peminto sandwich ☺️“

“10/10! The food, the service, everything was on point. We had a phenomenal waitress who served a table of at least 10 people for a birthday celebration with devotion. The food was delish! By far the best tasting OG I've ever eaten at. Accommodations were made for my request for oil to dip my bread sticks, my son and his shellfish allergy was taken seriously, the salad was fresh. Each one of our meals were perfect. Not one complaint. I'll update my review with the waitress name to give her credit directly.“
