“We just want to see the Occoquan old city area just had a close look at the elegance of this beautiful location and want to have a cup of coffee and any snacks, found this Bally whack shack cafe, awesome location went up to the coffee shop ordered some lattes also muffin, the service was excellent, very kind staff on counter, feeling an antique, atmosphere around, had coffee And snacks at outside really enjoying awesome beauty of nature from there . Amazing experience.“

“It’s been two years since I’ve been back here and I ordered the same lovely cranberry salad with warm goat cheese on top. The difference in two years was that the goat cheese was 1/4 of the original size. It made me sad. Servers were great. Outdoor location was wonderful. Food was just so so.“

“Went with my boyfriend to grab a coffee earlier in the day. I had a mocha and it was perfect! We had to come back the same day later in the afternoon to get some sandwiches before we hit the road again. When I say these sandwiches were 10/10, I MEAN IT!!! “Clifton Cafe is our new favorite evening spot on the weekends. We’ve been customers since the original owners opened it years ago, but until this past fall we did more to go orders than dine in since the service and time to prep food was often slow and unpredictable. Now we go almost every week. We’ve noticed big improvements since they expanded their kitchen and redesigned the bar area. Their new pull up bar is beautiful and spacious. The new owners and management are great too! We love the evening staff as well, especially Ian and Nicole. They are very personable, accommodating, and attentive. They have great happy hour specials from 3-6 and make the best margaritas and espresso martinis. Some of our favorite dinner items include the crab dip, Mediterranean salad, cuban sandwich, burgers, crab cakes, quiche specials, banana pudding, and too many crepes to name! We also appreciate that they have become more family friendly. We had a last minute party of 14 on a Friday evening (half of which were children ages 1-11) and they didn’t hesitate to pull some tables together in a private nook to accommodate our large group (again thanks to Ian and Nicole). We noticed they finally got a changing table in the large bathroom, which they are about to install. Our kids are past that stage, but there were several times when they were little that a changing table would have been helpful.“

“Love this place! The staff is incredibly wonderful. Always so sweet and helpful. Always willing to answer questions, offer suggestions, and improvise when needed. Been multiple times and have always had a great experience. They also work their butts off keeping the orders cranking out. We have a gluten allergy and dairy allergy in our family so they are always helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating when we order. The space is adorable. You can feel the vibe that is a kind, loving, community space.“

“They made my daughter’s cake and cupcakes for her 1st birthday and it was really good. The cupcakes flavours were chocolate, vanilla, red velvet and pumpkin spice. The main cake was a mixture of red velvet and vanilla. All the cakes were delicious and I’m not so much a cake person. They were really moist except the vanilla cake but it was still nice. Would definitely go back.“

“If i could i would give this place zero stars..but not an option. I was a new visitor to this establishment, and let him know that prior to ordering. Wanted the turkey (happy place) a drink and a scone. I get my meal and there is no turkey on it. So I got back and explained I wanted the turkey happy place. He said no you ordered the "our happy place". I said sir I even pointed to what I wanted on the menu. I didn't realize there were two items with the same name. He said that is your fault and you should know the menu. I said we'll I had let you know prior it was my first time here. He said I don't care if it's your first or 3rd you should know the menu. He said I'm not going to remake it., that's what you ordered. I said I would of never order anything with spinach because I'm allergic to it. He said so..I'm not remaking it! So not only did I have to wait a long time for thr sandwich, I couldn't eat it cause I was allergic to the ingredients. So I get back to my office hungry and upset to realize he didn't put the scone I paid for in thr bag. So I call and he says oh next time I will give it to you. No apology or anything. ..and next time, I paid for it this time. Very rude to new customers and would never spend my money there again. I don't understand why he was so rude. You think you would want to retain customers so they will do repeat visits.“

“I am someone who always stops by a Korean bakery in Annandale or Centerville every week to buy bread. Lami is the best, both in terms of taste and price. However, what is disappointing is that the bread variety is monotonous.
Some reviews say they are only friendly to Koreans, but from my experience as a regular customer, it's because their English isn't perfect and they don't know what to do. Don't misunderstand.“

“On "Oyster Mondays" (from 4pm-close), there are specials on oysters: $1/oyster on a half shell, $16 fried oyster basket comes w/herbed fries, $16 oyster po' boy w/herbed fries. Also, M-F happy hour deals on drinks and half-price appetizers. We enjoyed excellent service from Janine (who is invaluably bilingual). The oysters were fresh, clean, sweet and briny. We have been to oyster specials at other restaurants and find that the quality at Wegmans Pub is always good. Outside happy hour or on the regular menu, the food is tasty and comprised of quality ingredients.“

“We usually stop at Panera Bread restaurants on our vacation trips and this Panera was great. My wife used one of the self ordering stations and it was easy to use however it was not accepting the points we had even though she had put her phone number in. One of the ladies behind the desk offered to help and she was able to input our points in their own station. The latte coffee was good. The Chipotle chicken sandwich and barley bagel were delicious. The egg and cheese sandwich was OK. Surprisingly all their sandwiches look like samples to me and I have to order at least two to feel less hungry;) Thanks Panera.“

“I’ve been coming to Panera Bread for years and regularly ordering the French onion soup and sometimes the Broccoli Cheddar for my son, not knowing that they both contain beef/Chicken broth—which, as a Muslim, I am not supposed to consume since it’s not considered halal. Today, while ordering it for myself and my son, Mr. Drake Gold kindly informed me about this and asked if it was okay. I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness and care shown. It’s rare to encounter such attentiveness and respect for customers’ dietary needs. My soup was replaced with a vegetarian one which I truly appreciated. A big thank you to this wonderful guy for going the extra mile—it really means a lot to me and to my family!
I really hope that Panera Bread will consider offering halal options in the near future.

“Very clean, well run pool. The lifeguards do their job, the pool manager guy that visits is great and very helpful. Lots of pool chairs, large area around the pool. There is a big baby pool with a nice fenced in area with chairs and tables. Pool has two diving boards and two swim lanes, not that difficult to get a lane to swim laps.“

“I've eaten here twice before and the service was fast, prices were reasonable, and the food was excellent! We came today at 1:40pm for pancakes and bacon but when we arrived the Open sign was turned off and the ladies told me they had already put everything away and were about to shutdown, which I found ridiculous! It looked like they'd had everything put away for quite some time since they were actively cleaning at that time. If you ask me, a restaurant should take orders until closing time, but perhaps that's just me...“

“For a little café, it delivers so much! Family run, minority business. Sandwiches cold and hot are really good. Also serves coffee/ tea, drinks, candy, baked goods. Make sure you ask for TWO eggs on breakfast sandwiches since they usually only use one egg. In NY, all breakfast sandwiches standardly are made with two eggs. I'm sure the shop pays high rent and taxes and happy to support a local business in the Inova hospital location.“
