Burger Restaurants in Onley

“Had a little issue with my order a little over a week ago. I called in and they said they would address the issue. They offered a free meal, but I said it was cool. I just needed the issue addressed and she said it would be done, and I'm good with that. Ten days later, (this evening) I go back and get my regular order. Checked my sammich and she looked and asked if it was right this time. It was, but I was surprised she/they remembered. I've had the same issue at higher end restaurants with less than spectacular results. We often rail on fast food establishments and the workers, but they are human and mistakes will be made.
