“I had the best hamburger and fries at BFC that I have had in many years, I usually order a hamburger and fries at any new restaurant, because that's the best way to see how good they are at what they do. This place deserves a 10 star review...I ate there several times when I was visiting family in Round Hill Va. I've had burger and fries from one side of the USA, this is the best. The fries are outstanding the buns and burgers are great, nice clean friendly environment. Wish I could get a dble bacon burger combo sent here to Wyoming!!!!”

“I was there last. night (Thursday) and the Octopus was delightful as was my 'ordinary' salmon plate with their delicious veggies....The home sparking pink wine served in an unusual goblet was ample and perfect (a substitute for the more expensive Brut when they didn't have theirs cooled._ The alternative was just as good. I'm no connoisseur but I know a good meal when I'm finished. Food ample and the less expensive dishes looked just as appetizing as the more expensive ones. I want to try almost everything once....”

My wife and I finally made it to MELT in Leesburg after hearing great things, and let me just say… shame on us for waiting so long. Debbie, the owner (and now part-time head-bopper), greeted us like we were long-lost cousins showing up late to the family BBQ. When I told her it was our first visit, she gave me a playful bop on the head with our table number and asked, “What took you so long?” Touché, Debbie. Touché. Now onto the burgers… and yes, they deserve their own paragraph. I ordered the A Jazzed Up Swiss Burger — and let me tell you, this was no run-of-the-mill meat puck. We're talking Gruyère so rich it probably pays taxes in Switzerland, Black Forest ham that must’ve taken a first-class flight in, baby bella mushrooms sautéed to perfection, and a tangy smear of whole-grain mustard tying it all together. Every bite said, “Sir, this is not fast food — this is fine dining between buns.” My wife had the Paris Burger — imagine garlic-kissed beef topped with brie so creamy it probably auditioned for a romance film, with balsamic onions adding the drama. Let’s just say she stopped talking mid-bite. That’s how you know it’s good. The vibe? Casual but classy, with staff who treat you like family (the good side of the family, not the ones who borrow your tools and never bring them back). And yes… in a moment of grilled beef-fueled euphoria, I may have proclaimed myself the Burger King. Debbie gave me a look. I instantly realized my mistake. This isn’t that kind of burger joint. This is a burger experience. Saying "Burger King" here is like bringing boxed wine to a French vineyard. Long story short — go to MELT. Go now. Go often. And when Debbie bops you on the head, just smile… because that means you're officially part of the MELT kingdom. 👑🍔”

“I did not realize I hadn't put this in earlier so I apologize for this very late review. The experience with Kalyani from start to finish was amazing. I wanted some things I couldn't see on the order form online and she was so very accommodating, gracious and so quick to respond. I ordered 8 mini cheesecakes (Nutella, lavender, blueberry, saffron, red velvet and plain) and a 9" chocolate cheesecake with chocolate ganache. Everything was so beautifully presented...one of those moments where you eat first with your eyes in anticipation because you almost don't want to cut into it. They all were fantastic...tasting true to their flavors and the ingredients were so incredibly fresh with just the right amount of balance of spice, sweet and slight tang. I'm sensitive to ingredients and I had no reactions so I knew hers were top quality. As this was for a special occasion with a friend coming into town, it really made her visit extra special. I would definitely recommend her cheesecake to anyone who loves quality cheesecake and wonderful customer service. You can feel the love and passion she puts into everything she touches with her business. Hoping more people discover just how talented she is.”
