“20/10 The cake was amazing!!! Nice and moist. I flew in from Amsterdam for my daughter’s 17th birthday and had one day to find a strawberry cake and I tried several businesses and had no luck. I found this gem on google and they did not disappoint, very professional and very clean. My daughter loved it and she had my order ready in less than 24 hrs. I will be back“

“Top notch customer service. Tasty cake. Claire is awesome. I live in Florida and had to order a cake for a party I was hosting in Virginia. The process was smooth and Claire was so nice and very helpful. All my guests absolutely loved the cake. 5 stars!!!“

“Everything I’ve tried is DELICIOUS, but my favorite is the oatmeal cream pie! It’s huge, definitely shareable and possibly the best sweet treat I’ve ever had!“

“Elite Custom Cakes will forever be my go to bakery for amazing cakes! I was absolutely speechless when I went to pick up my cake! Jose has a god given talent! He took my image and suggestions of what I wanted and turned it into the most beautiful cake I have ever seen! ♡♡♡“

“The customer service was stellar. Very professional, inviting, and clean environment. The cakes, cookies, and other sweet treats are all made with care and remind you moist homecooked desserts your grandmother and mom used to make. I highly recommend this bakery for cupcakes, cakes, cookies, and sweet treats. :-)“

“Did an awesome job on my husband's military promotion cake! Everyone loved it at the event and was well worth the money, great price and great quality! Arranged and ordered everything in advance from out of the area and seamlessly picked it up the morning of the event!“

“I would highly recommend Crystal. She did an amazing job with our wedding cake. It looked incredible and it tasted absolutely gorgeous…so much so we didn’t get to take any home at the end. Crystal was also very helpful if I had any questions and really took on board the vision I had for our cake. We are already thinking about whose birthday is next so we can get another cake.“

“My mother hired them to make the cake for my graduation party from Hampton University this past Sunday on Mother's Day and it was amazing. They brought my entire vision and design to life in absolute perfection and I definitely recommend using them for your next event.“

“I must start by saying that I am a cupcake connoisseur as they are my weakness. I had a chance run in with the owner and her one daughter while they were in Washington D.C. after they did a wedding. In talking to the I mentioned my fondness of cupcakes and they happened to have two cupcakes of their own and they were kind enough to give them to me. As it was at breakfast I didn’t eat them. I returned home to Pennsylvania and ate them the following day. Thus they were now two day old cupcakes and they were still moist and delicious. I was hooked with the cookie butter and I forget what the other one was. I looked them up online and too bad they don’t shop cupcakes as they are 5 1/2 hours from my home. I do plan to go off course when traveling south to get cupcakes from them. These women are amazing bakers and great personable people. One class act at the top of their game. Thanks Dawn and Lindsey for one amazing cupcake.“

“Yesterday I visited your Chesapeake,Va location. It was my son’s 10th birthday and he came to pick out his cake, miss Mary made him feel so special. She sing him happy birthday, took our order and hooked my baby up with a free mini lemon Bundt cake. Not only was the customer awesome the cake was amazing. We will definitely be back to that specific location. Thank you Mary for making my babies special day amazing !“

“I went to this frozen yogurt location with hunger in my stomach and a passion for something sweet. I’ve been to plenty of good places like sweet frogs and cold stones but nothing can top the experience I had today. The staff were excellent and I love their funny little shirts. Not to mention the yogurt was delicious and the toppings were scrumptious. I wouldn’t even have complained if everyone working was on their phones when I walked in, that’s how excellent and attentive they were as soon as I entered. Would recommend to anyone hungry in the Hansberry area. I WILL be skinny dipping again!!!!“

“We are obsessed with your gluten free cake can you please make more flavors!!!!“

“Amazing, delicious!!! I wish they had a location in Williamsburg I was blown away by how flavorful their desserts are. The prices are really good too. I bought like 3 different things at the farmers market from them and it was only $6. I was very pleasantly surprised.“

“👍🏽👍🏽 Great atmosphere, family friendly, & clean!“

“I want to highlight the amazing service I received today (September 19th at 8:24pm), thanks to Mike. From the moment my boyfriend and I walked in, Mike greeted us warmly. There was a customer before us with a larger order. That order caused the store to get a little backed up and led to a long line, but Mike still took the time to acknowledge us and let us know he’d be right with us.

Once he finished with the customers ahead of us, he thanked us sincerely for our patience and then took our order with a positive attitude and professionalism. During checkout, he went above and beyond by explaining the rewards system in detail (how many points you earn per dollar, etc.), which was super helpful.

It’s important to note that Mike was the only employee up front handling all the customers, yet he managed to keep things moving while maintaining excellent customer service and a great attitude.

I’ll be honest, I almost didn’t come back to this location after a not-so-great first experience a few days ago. I’m glad I gave it another chance, because Mike completely turned it around with his exceptional service.“

“Great service and delicious ice cream!“

“Been a while since we had a dessert after dinner, we decided after having hibachi around the corner to stop in. We were accompanied by a rather large group of friends and the staff preformed flawlessly. Not only was everything delicious but it was prepared with accuracy and speed.

Great job guys and we look forward to stopping in again.“
